Dialogflow Case Study
Flowcharts, conversation design and more
Note: This course does NOT teach you how to create a Rich Website chatbot.
This course is an interactive case study.
That is, I use the CourseBot on my course website, and use people's interactions with the bot to show you how to develop a chatbot.
What you will be learning in the course:
- how to design complex conversation flows in XMind mind mapping tool
- how to translate the flowchart into an actual Dialogflow agent
- how to handle unexpected user responses
Every time I add some significant amount of material to the case study (e.g. a new chapter), I will be raising the price by $10. I am targeting an eventual price of around $99 (and there will be plenty of new material along the way).
